House is thoroughly cleaned between guests. Sorry, no pets. We only rent to families. Must be age 26+ to book.

You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
