Παραδοσιακή κατοικία κατασκευής πριν το 1950 πλήρως ανακατασκευασμένη το 2025, με δώμα, εσωτερική σκάλα και δύο αίθρια με θέα θάλασσα. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία «Χάλαρα», στο χωριό Πλάκα, πρωτεύουσα της Μήλου, με δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης στα 80 μέτρα. Σε …απόσταση αναπνοής, πέντε μόλις λεπτά με τα πόδια, βρίσκεσαι στο κέντρο του χωριού και στα ''Μάρμαρα'' με την εκπληκτική θέα στο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Η συγκεκριμένη τοποθεσία είναι μπροστά από το ναό της Παναγίας της Κορφιάτισσας, που κτίστηκε πάνω στους απόκρημνους βράχους το 1810. Στον προαύλιο χώρο βρίσκεται το Λαογραφικό Μουσείο, ενώ περιδιαβαίνοντας τα σοκάκια φτάνεις στο Ενετικό Κάστρο του 13ου αιώνα, στο λόφο του Προφήτη Ηλεία, με πανοραμική θέα σε όλο το νησί. Αν είσαι τυχερός, λόγω καιρού βλέπεις Σίφνο, Σέριφο, Πάρο, Φολέγανδρο, μέχρι τα Κύθηρα και Πελοπόννησο. Στο κέντρο του χωριού υπάρχουν πολλά εστιατόρια, όπου απολαμβάνεις και παραδοσιακές συνταγές, καφέ, μπαρ και μπουτίκ. Επίσης, σε 3 λεπτά φτάνεις στο Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο, όπου δεσπόζει ένα ακριβές αντίγραφο του αγάλματος της Αφροδίτης της Μήλου, μεταξύ των εξαιρετικών αρχαιολογικών ευρημάτων, ενώ με τα πόδια μπορείς να επισκεφτείς το χωριό Τρυπητή. Δημοφιλείς τοποθεσίες κοντά στο σπίτι είναι το Αρχαίο Ρωμαικό Θέατρο, οι Κατακόμβες της Μήλου, το Κλήμα με τα πολύχρωμα ''Σύρματά" του, καθώς επίσης και οι παραλίες Πλάθιενα και Φυροπόταμος, που απέχουν 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Σε 4,7 km βρίσκεται ο Αδάμαντας με το λιμάνι, ενώ σε 8,9 Km το αεροδρόμιο του νησιού. Το σπίτι, που ανακατασκευάστηκε τηρώντας την Κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική, μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 4 άτομα. Εκτείνεται σε τρία επίπεδα. Στο πρώτο υπάρχει το καθιστικό με δύο καναπέδες, καθώς και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι. Το μπάνιο είναι ευρύχωρο, με ντους. Στο δεύτερο επίπεδο είναι το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο, με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι. Ακολουθεί το «δώμα», με την πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (φούρνος, κεραμικές εστίες, φούρνος μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρες espresso και φίλτρου, τοστιέρα, φρυγανιέρα, βραστήρας και μαγειρικά σκεύη) και έχει πρόσβαση σε ένα μεγάλο αίθριο - βεράντα με μεγάλο ξύλινο τραπέζι και θέα θάλασσα. Το δεύτερο αίθριο εκτείνεται στο επόμενο επίπεδο με εξαιρετική θέα στη θάλασσα. Σε όλα τα δωμάτια υπάρχουν ανεμιστήρες οροφής και επιπλέον στα δύο υπνοδωμάτια και στο καθιστικό a/c. Το σπίτι διαθέτει πλυντήριο πιάτων και ρούχων, WiFi και Smart TV 50''.
