Το σπίτι είναι ανεξάρτητο, ήσυχο, λίγο ψηλά στην πλαγιά του λόφου σε ένα αυθεντικό και διατηρημένο περιβάλλον. Θα θαμπωθείτε από την εξαιρετική θέα στη θάλασσα. Περιβάλλεται από ελαιόδεντρα, δύο λεμονιές και μια συκιά. Οι δύο βεράντες του, η καθεμία με τη δική της σκιερή πέργκολα, προσφέρουν όμορφη θέα 180° στη θάλασσα και τους γειτονικούς λόφους.
