Απέχει 1 χλμ από την παραλία Περούλια, προσφέροντας εύκολη πρόσβαση στις παραλίες. Φιλοξενεί 4 ενήλικες και 1-2 παιδιά και βρίσκεται σε αγροτική περιοχή με ελαιώνες. Για αρχή υπήρξε ο λίθος οπού στα αρχαία ελληνικά ονομάζεται η πέτρα ,κύριο χαρακτηριστικό της δόμησης του και ύστερα ήρθε η θέα για την οποία ο καθένας θα μείνει έκπληκτος από την έκταση της. Όλα αυτά συντέλεσαν στην επινόηση των Lithea villas .
