Fteri is a modern, minimal residence of 45 sq.m., featuring a king-size bed, luxurious designer furniture and lighting, a unique bathroom with sea views, along with various amenities. From the impressive 5.5 m. veranda with the elegant hanging swing, guests can immerse themselves in the endless turquoise waters of the island while the private Outdoor Spa with ozon therapy (operating around 30 degrees), overlooking the beach of Ag Kyriaki offers a unique sense of luxury and relaxation experience.

The house itself is exceptionally finished in neutral tones throughout with high end furniture and is designed around 2 levels. The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.

A well-planned space is furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen, built-in seating areas, and the centrepiece, a stunning locally-made wooden table. Rooms are cleverly-designed, with a combination of built-in concrete furniture, ceiling windows for maximum light, and peeks of the views beyond. Outside there is plenty of space for the children to run around, or for the adults to find a quite space. Enjoy the poolside dining area, and pretty outside lighting, setting the scene for evening meal.

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈
