Η Joyful Residence Poros είναι μια ήσυχη, ισόγεια, μοντέρνα κατοικία 45 τ.μ., με ιδιωτικό χώρο που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί και ως parking. Mπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 3 άτομα και βρίσκεται στο Ασκέλι, 2 km από το κέντρο του Πόρου. Η κατοικία απέχει 300 m από την παραλία του Ασκελίου, που έχει δυνατότητα για water sports. Έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα για προετοιμασία πρωινού, γεύματος ή δείπνου.Το καθιστικό και τα υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν δική τους τηλεόραση,air-condition και παροχή WiFi σε όλους τους χώρους του σπιτιού.Το μπάνιο διαθέτει πιστολάκι για τα μαλλιά και πλυντήριο ρούχων.Το σπίτι απέχει μόλις12 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι ανεβαίνοντας σκαλοπάτια.

The studio is part of a bigger traditional old Stone house, fully renovated and with great view to the harbour. One reaches the houses in 10-15 minutes walk (and stairs) from the port depending on each person's pace. Hydra is amphitheatricaly built and there are a lot of cobble stone stairs around town and leading up to the house so ...not for everyone! new mandatory government fee has been introduced: the “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee”, amountingto €8 per night for short-term accommodations

Traditional Poros residence "Nina's House"

Cute little house in the traditional town of Poros island, located near to the port and close to all the required services (market, food, entertainment). Nina's house was our grandmother's home.It was built in the 19th century. The renovation was done with full respect to all the old elements of the house and tried to preserve the special atmosphere of such a place, simple, but with all the essentials for a pleasant stay.

The House at the Centre

The "House in the center of Hydra" is a two floor apartment, located less than a minute away from the port. Built during the 19th century but recently renovated and redecorated, it is the first year that it is available for rent. The house's original style was maintained and enhanced with contemporary decorative ideas, resulting in a simple and comfortable yet luxurious outcome.
