Άνετο διαμέρισμα με θέα στο Γάιο, τo μεγαλύτερο χωριό στους Παξούς. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή, 200 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία, με εστιατόρια, μπαρ, καφέ και καταστήματα σε κοντινή απόσταση. Το στούντιο βρίσκεται στο χωριό Λάκκα στο βόρειο τμήμα των Παξών. Πρόκειται για ένα γραφικό λιμανάκι 2 λεπτά μακριά από το σπίτι μας, σε περίπου 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια μπορείτε να βρείτε δύο υπέροχες παραλίες. Σε 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια μπορείτε να βρείτε γραφικά ταβερνάκια, καφετέριες, τουριστικά μαγαζιά, super/mini market, ΑΤΜ κ.α. Οι επισκέπτες θα πρέπει να ανεβούν περίπου 25 σκαλοπάτια για να φτάσουν στο σπίτι. Για το λόγο αυτό δεν συνιστάται σε άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα.
