Adjacent to the living and dining area: large table, sofa, 1 armchair, sideboard with small non-smart TV. The apartment has high-quality linens, heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Parquet or marble floors. Please note: 1. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the apartment. 2. Please separate your rubbish for recycling. 3. The apartment is located in an elegant building, so we ask that you behave respectfully and avoid making noise, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. No parties! Da oggi siamo greens abbiamo attivato i pannelli fotovoltaci. Appartamento con ampie camere al margine del parco del Ticino, in zona tranquillissima. Posto auto all'ingresso della struttura riservato agli ospiti. La casa e circondata da un giardino recintato a disposizione degli ospiti. Il tracciato della pista ciclabile, che attraversa Pavia fiancheggiando il Ticino, passa davanti alla casa. Per la sicurezza, per gli ospiti più piccoli al piano superiore un apposito cancello chiude la scala.
