Decorated and furnished in genuine byzantine style, it aspires to immerse you in the original island life and traditions of Patmos. Featuring a private 50 square meters pool with sun terrace, the estate lies just 150 metres from Epsimia Beach and is located on the amphitheatrical center of the island providing advantageous access to all its major attractions, the monumental sight of the Cave of the Apocalypse, the popular intellectual elite and celebrity settlement of Chora, the scenic town of Skala with its port, and the picturesque and quiet fishing village of Grikos, all within a 4 kilometers radius. Fitted with a fireplace and traditionally decorated, this air-conditioned 272 square meters villa comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 independent 35 square meters studios, all with separate entrances, private bathrooms and exclusive balconies overlooking spectacular expanses of the island. Aggeliki's Alley House

Aggeliki's Alley House is located among the picturesque alleys of Chora. Very close (50m) to the house there is the square of Xanthos and the Town Hall which can be reached by car or any other vehicle. A hundred meters above you can find the historical Monastery of Saint John and in just 5 minutes walk from the house you can reach Agia Levia's square. From the rooftop of the house you will have a panoramic view of the port, the windmills, the Monastery and you can enjoy the amazing sunset.

The mansion was built by wealthy merchants in the mid 1800's. It is close to the harbor of Skala, restaurants and dining, offers great views to the harbor and the monastery of St John. You’ll love my place because of its unique and genuine 19th century ambiance combined with luxury amenities. The house is good for couples and families (with kids) and can host 6 people. NOTE: you can rent this mansion along with the other house annexed to it, listed as Dimitris's Lux 1800's stone house.
