This beautifully decorated house in located in a unique spot at the very edge of Otzias beach. With its very own beach rock with platform and umbrella, you can have a very private swim & sunbathe. The house is close enough to have easy access to taverns, golden sandy beach, kiosk, sport courts and children playground, and far enough to be completely and utterly private. You can watch busy summer life from a close distance or turn to the other edge of the house, away from any indiscreet gaze.

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.
