Modern studio with spectacular view over the Saronic Gulf, fully equipped, suitable either for couples or solo travelers. The studio is located in Marathonas, 5km (3miles) from the port of Aegina and only 10min walk to the two beaches of Marathonas, a mini market & seaside cafes & restaurants. The studio has its own independent entrance, free parking on the premises and a beautiful yard. This is an ideal place to enjoy quiet holidays & rest just by looking at the sea and the breathtaking sunset!

Studio by the sea

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

Studio Rhodi is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden and completely renovated by Zoumboulakisarchitects, it is decorated with works of the painter and various design objects by the Zoumboulakis Galleries of Athens. It has its private entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults & 2 children). It has a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a large private roof terrace with sea view. It can be connected with the studio Elia.

Aegina Island is one of the Saronic Islands of Greece in the Saronic Gulf, 17 miles (27 km) from Athens( just an hour by the ferry from main port Pireaus ). Marathonas, a picturesque fishing village where tradition still rules,is very appealing to tourists on a holiday to Aegina. Away from noices ,is ideal for relaxing holidays.Reasons to prefer it the view ,the location, the people and confortamble and quiet environment.In the morning you will wake up from birdsong.
