A quaint patio area in the front yard invites guests to enjoy the weather.

The old farm's corn crib, renovated keeping the original interior wood beams intact. The loft bedroom (not child proof) is accessible by a very manageable set of steps. A KING SIZE Bed Guarantees a great nights sleep! Kitchenette, electric fireplace, bbq, firepit, covered patio, smart tv and 2 bikes available to reserve. Charming & Whimsical Historic River Home

Built in 1836, welcome to our river home. Step right into the sun filled living room with wood floors, wood beam ceiling and a wood fireplace. As you make your way through the first level, you will find a mudroom with exterior access and an adjoining half bathroom, a dinning room and a kitchen with access to the outdoor deck and large fenced back yard. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views.

Enjoy this modernized RV with all the comforts of home. RV is in the backyard of a private property with a vacant home (future remodel project) surrounded by beautiful conservation land. The property is gated and fenced in. Start a hike right out the back gate with trails for miles through the woods. There are other units available for rent on the property as well, so bring your friends along! Chickens and honey bees (safe distance) are on the property!

The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
