Further (42k) is Lavrio and its port to other islands (tzia, kythnos etc) and the temple of Poseidon at cape Sounio (24 km). Μόλις 4 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την ξακουστή παραλία της Μεγάλης Άμμου. Υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και 2 αναπαυτικοί καναπέδες-κρεβάτια (Δωμάτιο και σαλόνι), γραφείο, ισχυρό wi-fi, ηλιακός και πλήρης εξοπλισμός κουζίνας. H μονοκατοικία μας είναι ένας ζεστός ,ήσυχος και φιλόξενος χώρος , ιδανικός για κάθε επισκέπτη, περιτριγυρισμένος από ένα όμορφο κήπο με λεμονιές, πορτοκαλιές και γκαζόν. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά , 400 μέτρα από την παραλία (5 λεπτά με τα πόδια) όπου βρίσκονται εστιατόρια , καφέ , το γραφικό λιμανάκι της Νέας Μάκρης καθώς και ο παραλιακός πεζόδρομος. Σε 200 μέτρα από το σπίτι συναντάμε την κεντρική πλατεία της Νέας Μάκρης και το εμπορικό σημείο της πόλης.

Auf der Insel Euböa befindet sich das malerische Dorf Styra. Am oberen Dorfrand liegt unser Ferienhaus von wo man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer hat. Das Haus mit seinen 100 m² und ca. 130 Jahre alten Mauern haben wir 2021 von Grund auf renoviert. Auf der kleinen, schattigen Terrasse lässt sich der Tag mit einem schönen Frühstück beginnen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man dann den Blick auf Dorf, Meer und dem Berg im Rücken – Ideal für den Sundowner.
