This lovely four bedroom villa with breathtaking views over the Ionian Sea is located in the traditional village of Stavros, a hidden gem in northern Ithaca. The apartment is located in the center of Nydri and is only 20m away from the beach. There are numerous restaurants, coffeehouses and supermarkets in walking distance. The apartment is really quiet and full of light. Next to it you have a terrace with a big table and chairs. Note that you need to get outside of the apartment to get to the terrace, however it is only for you even if it is next to another apartment. The bus station for the town bus is also very close (about 1 minute by foot).

Φτιάχτηκε από τους γονείς μου με το όραμα ενός σπιτιού το οποίο συνδυάζει την απεραντοσύνη του Ιονίου πελάγους και την ομορφιά του βουνού. Είναι χτισμένο στην είσοδο του Άγιου Νικήτα και απέχει μόλις 4 λεπτά περπάτημα από την παραλία του χωριού.
