CEILINGS ARE LOW, just under 7 feet. Also, we live above, so you may hear normal apartment sounds. NO CABLE TV, but we have ROKU.

Local history abounds in this 1930s home that once operated as a neighborhood corner store. There's a sunken ferry boat just off the dock and lots of old bottles near a former amusement park.

Believer or not— This house IS haunted and this is NOT to be taken lightly. There is a waiver for staying. Walking distance to Lake Ontario, beautiful views, and many places for fishing and kayaking. Located right near the Harbor, Newfane Marina and just 3 minutes from the Van Horn Mansion! Waiver needs to be signed in order to stay, I am happy to send that over for your review!
