Peaceful Little Haven

I live in a remote area providing you with a “get away from it all” experience! I live directly on a beach. In the fall, you can fish bass. At low tide, you can dig clams. If you’re not ready to experience all country wooded living and all that nature brings, perhaps this is not the place for you! I try hard to ensure limited encounters with mosquitoes, etc, but, I can’t control nature. A screened-in deck facing beach was made so that you can sit and enjoy my spectacular sunsets in peace.

Foot of the Mountain Farmhouse is a 180 year old home at the base of the North Mountain in Sheffield Mills within a 15 minute drive to nearby towns on one side and the scenic Bay of Fundy on the other or 1hr 20 minutes to Halifax, the South Shore or Digby. The Farmhouse is a spacious home with 6 bedrooms, 7 beds, 3 baths, 2 living rooms and patios on both sides for multiple families or a group of friends to gather together, use as a launchpad or find quiet spaces to unwind.

Welcome to the Bay of Fundy, home to the highest tides in the world. This memorable cabin is anything but ordinary, enjoy 180 degree views of Partridge Island, Blomidon, and Cape Sharp from the deck and property. Relax, watch the sunrise and sunsets, or have an adventure on the hiking trails. Have a beach day, dig clams, or go horseback riding! There's so much to do - or just relax. The cabin is approximately 5 m from town, where there's shopping, good eats, arts and theatre.

Walton Farm House

Feel right at home in this fully furnished 1950's 2 story farmhouse situated on 200 acres of rolling fields over-looking the Minas Basin. 4 bedrooms on the 2nd level and two full bathrooms, one on each level, make it convenient for larger families. A 10 minute walk on a path around the field puts you at the waters’ edge, relax at the picnic table and or walk on the beach. At the end of the day, enjoy the cracking sounds of a campfire and watch the magnificent sunsets.

Beautiful four season cottage located in Douglas Harbour on Grand Lake, NB. The cottage has two bedrooms and bathrooms with a large wraparound deck that leads you to a 200 ft private sand beach with dock. The cottage is fully equipped with Wi-fi, TV with Amazon fire Stick, BBQ as well as a washer and dryer. Come relax on the beach, or in the hammock. Cool off with a swim or fish off the dock. End the day with a bonfire on the beach.

Windswept Farms 2 Lady Jane Grey Room

We have a roomy, airy 2500 square foot farmhouse (built in 1893) situated on a country road on three acres with 28 acres of woodlands. We are surrounded by potato, soybean, grain and cornfields which provide ample space for our five dogs to run and play. We are fabulous cooks and will gladly provide an evening meal to interested guests who wish to pre-order. A comfy bed, a quiet sleep, a await you (and your pets!) ALL ARE WELCOME!
