It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room, and outside a large garden and terrace. Bus stops within walking distance make it easy to travel to Maastricht. Whether you're hiking, cycling, or exploring the area, this home has everything for a relaxing getaway!

Villa Issum is history. The monumental villa dates from 1914, has been completely renovated into group accommodation and is fully equipped, without affecting the authentic atmosphere. The beautiful terrazzo still adorns the floors. The house is located in Germany in the village of Issum, only a 30-minute drive from Venlo. The atmosphere is friendly, cozy and there are always fresh flowers. Play a game of jeu de boules and have breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace in the garden.

Op de begane grond vind je een royale slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een 1-persoonsbed. Op de eerste verdieping is een 2-persoonsbed in een aparte open ruimte. Het grote gazon is perfect voor een potje voetbal of badminton!

De hoeve combineert karakter en luxe, met volop plek om samen te koken, te tafelen en te ontspannen. In de privé tuin geniet je ongestoord van het buitenleven en kom je volledig tot rust in de barrel sauna.

De inrichting van de villa ademt een huiselijke, intieme sfeer uit. Zowel binnen- als buitenshuis is elk moment in De Zandberg er een van puur genot en ontspanning, niet op z’n minst door de mooie, grote tuin die de villa omringt en het prachtige terras waar het heerlijk vertoeven is.
