Casa Giorì è la tipica casa salentina finemente ristrutturata in chiave moderna ma rispettando la sua natura originaria con le tipiche volte a stella. Si sviluppa su due livelli, tra i quali è stato ricavato un soppalco molto spazioso e confortevole. La struttura è quella classica con cucina, sala e bagno al piano terra e camera da letto con secondo bagno al primo piano. Il soppalco all’occorrenza può essere utilizzato come camera da letto aggiuntiva.
