Aspra Chomata Villas

Οι Άσπρα Χώματα Βίλλες αποτελούν ένα συγκρότημα δυο ανεξάρτητων μεταξύ τους κατοικιών 50 τ.μ. η κάθε μια. Είναι χτισμένες μέσα σε ένα κτήμα πέντε στρεμμάτων κατάφυτο με υπεραιωνόβιες ελιές σε boho κυκλαδική αρχιτεκτονική και αισθητική με μερικές πινελιές γήινου χωριάτικου στοιχείου. Οι κατοικίες αποτελούνται από ισόγειο με αυλή 20 τμ και πρώτο όροφο με μπαλκόνι 20 τμ. Και οι δυο βίλλες έχουν ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα (Κόλπος της Καρύστου) τόσο από το μπαλκόνι όσο και μέσα από το υπνοδωμάτιο.

This spacious villa is the perfect place to gather beloved people and spent a relaxing holiday together. It was built facing the sea, with large patio windows to either a balcony or terrace from all the rooms. You hear the sound of the waves anytime. The beach is a stone's throw away (15 meter). The little bay is well tucked away and perfect for little children to access, play in the water and snorkel. The house is very well equipped and has everything for those who also like to cook at home.

Our house located in Kavos-Alikes beach ,6.5 KM south of city of Karystos in an excellent, quiet area overlooking the bay and Aegean sea.This is a comfortable villa, built on two levels, with unlimited views of the East Aegean. In the lower level the house have a spacious living room and open plan kitchen, and two bedrooms guests along with toilet .The upper level are one master bedroom with bathroom and a small living room. Outside there is a big garden in 3 levels with a swimming pool.

'Kalliberry' is a remote complex with 3 old stone houses, located in Andros island. Dimosthenis, Catherine and Thanos started the Kalliberry project on 2014. Your hosts are 3 friends, 3 travelers of the world, who decided to leave Athens and start a new life in this beautiful Cycladic island. We fully renovated an old house, the Cave, by keeping all those elements that highlight its traditional character and its 'bond' with mother earth, in combination with a touch of vintage decoration.
