The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Es ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet: edles Bad in Schwarz und Messing, weisse Kalkputzwände, geheizter Design-Betonboden, viele Fenster, direkter Zugang zum Garten. Der lichtdurchflutete Raum, die Ruhe und der Garten laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Aussichten auf Hügel und Alpen machen Lust auf Wandern & Biken. Bahnhof und Dorfplatz mit Restaurants und einem Einkaufsladen sind nur wenige Schritte (4 Min.) entfernt.

Die top eingerichtete Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Gartensitzplatz, ist familien-/haustierfreundlich und bietet Platz für max. 4 Gäste. Erlebe hier unvergessliche, entspannte oder aktive Tage inmitten der malerischen Landschaft des Appenzellerlandes. Lass dich von der warmen Atmosphäre dieser einzigartigen Wohnung begeistern.

Die Unterkunft ist an der Appenzellerstrasse, die von Gais nach Appenzell führt. Das Haus ist hell, bietet im EG und 1. Stock viel Platz für 3-4 Personen. Es ist ein Patrizierhaus, Decken sind höher (2.20 m) als typ. Appenzeller-häuser. Die Küche ist voll ausgerüstet. 2 Hochsitze für Kinder/Babybetten vorhanden. Hunde willkommen. Wanderwege beginnen sobald man die Strasse überquert. Wichtig: Separat ist auch ein Inserat auf airbnb geschaltet, um das ganze Hausteil zu mieten (8 Personen).

Benvinguts! Directe al centre de la ciutat! Self-check-in. D'aquí són 10 minuts a peu desde l'estació de tren o 3 minuts si s'agafa l'autobús. Amb la teva estada, et donem un ticket per l'autobús i tren per les zones 210, 211 i 231 gratuït. Els dimecres, divendres i dissabte pot ser que hi hagi una mica de soroll, a causa d'un bar proper. Aquells dies a les 12 de la nit ja no hauria d'haver soroll. Els demes dies no hi ha problema, ja que el bar està tancat. No disposem de parking.

The flat comes with a huge balcony / terrace from where you can see the Säntis (part of the Aplstein massif) and the historic village of Rehetobel. The flat itself has an ancient tiled stove, but modern heating as well. You can reach the village centre and the shop in a few minutes afoot. A small up-hill stroll grants you with a fantastic view of the Alpstein massif and Lake Constance. The village and near surroundings offer quite some restaurants, hiking paths and the like.

Dreamlike family holidays in country house

Stay in an original Appenzell farmhouse renovated in spring 22 with 4 bedrooms, 1 living room + 2 bathrooms. The house is secluded in the middle of a sheep pasture. Nevertheless you are in 10min in the city of St.Gallen. It has parking for about 3 cars; 50m away there is a bus stop. It has a nice outdoor area with deck chairs and hammock for relaxation and with 2 barbecue areas. The large garden with slide, swing, sandbox etc. is ideal for children.

Bungalow mit Traumaussicht LOMA BUENA VISTA

Am Sonnenhang gelegenes Ferienhäuschen mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Nach einem kurzen aber etwas steilen Fussweg bis zum Bungalow kann man auf einer gemütlichen Terrasse die Sicht auf den Alpstein mit unserem Hausberg, dem Säntis, geniessen. Es gibt viele Spazier- und Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus aus. Bitte beachten: Vom Parkplatz aus geht es ungefähr 100m zu Fuss relativ steil den Hügel hoch zum schön gelegenen Bungalow am Waldrand.

Vogelnest

Genau das Richtige für ein gemütliches Wochenende zu zweit oder alleine Mitten in der Natur !! Ein umfangreicher Bioladen im nahegelegenen Bauernhaus, ist auch für Spätanreisende immer geöffnet. Wenn sie Luxus im herkömmlichen Sinn suchen, ist das Vogelnest nicht das Richtige. Der Luxus vom Vogelnest ist die wunderbare Einfachheit. Kein TV, kein Radio, kein Wlan stört die friedliche Stimmung. Frühstückskorb wenn gewünscht: 12.-/Person
