This cozy 3-bedroom home, beautifully designed and furnished for couples, groups, and families alike, is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac within minutes from Main Street Bothell, McMenamins Anderson School House, and Woodinville Wine Country. Explore the PNW through nature trails and hikes, sit in a cafe, or enjoy a brew at one of the local hot spots. Downtown Seattle is a 25 minutes drive (traffic depending). We accommodate 6 people in beds plus provide a queen size air mattress.

Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.

We have been using Airbnb for years, and are now super excited to begin our journey as hosts! This is a lovely cottage home with great views of Snohomish river and Cascade mountains. Access to the river is a short 3 block walk, where walking trails are plenty. You will find yourself a couple of minutes from either downtown Everett, or downtown Snohomish. Take in the many cute eateries, and antique shops, and water front views that both of these cities have to offer!

After spending a day exploring one of the nearby epic hiking trails, you'll be rewarded by a relaxing soak in the riverside hot tub or a board game with friends by the fire.

Relax with the whole family at this Everett home in a peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy local restaurants and sights nearby. The home has all the essentials with parking, cozy bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Pets are welcome but can’t stay on sofa/beds and small family gatherings are welcome at no extra cost if kept under control with no more than 10 people.
