Το σπίτι βρίσκεται κοντά στο λιμάνι Μύλοι στο ΑΓΚΙΣΤΡΙ και στο τέλος του κέντρου του χωριού 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την αμμώδη παραλία, το παντοπωλείο, το αρτοποιείο και το κατάστημα ενοικίασης ποδηλάτων. A peaceful retreat away from town noises but so close to excellent choices such as Methana Volcano, Thermal Volcanic Spa, Ancient Theater of Epidayros, DevilBridge, Vathi fish taverns, Psifta Lake. Plus, the garden spot is a lovely place to enjoy the sunset. All you need is a vehicle (mandatory) and travel mood!

LASPI is a hospitality project that consists of two villas, equipped with all you need to take a break and escape the noise. It is literally built by the sea. Enjoy the sound of waves night and day. This is House 1 and we all it Petres (after the greek word for stones) A 150m² villa with a private swimming pool and a spectacular view of the Saronic gulf. Enjoy the view of sea and coastline while you wake up, from our 4m high bedroom windows.

A touch of nature

The house is idyllically situated in an 1100 metre olive grove,approximately 150 metres from Megalopotami village and 750 from the sea. An odor of Mediterranean exrtaordinaryscrub , the chanting of the cicadas. It is a two bedroom detached house with a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding landscape. There is a delightful grill for barbecues. Special advantage: three times a week delivery of freshly baked bread from the local bakery.
