La Croix Bardon

Relax and unwind in this calm, stylish Gîte set within 2.5 acres of peaceful countryside. Recently refurbished to a high standard, the Gite offers four comfortable bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the third has a French double. The fourth has two single beds. The Gite comfortably accommodates 6 guests. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. Guests are welcome to enjoy a gentle stroll or simply relax in the large, well-kept garden.

Ancienne maison entièrement rénovée pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. La maison se compose au rez-de-chaussée, d'un séjour/salon/cuisine/WC. La cuisine est entièrement équipé. A l'étage se trouve 2 chambres avec chacune un lit 2 personnes et mezzanine avec lit 2 personnes, puis une salle d'eau. A l'extérieur un jardin clos avec terrasse. La maison est idéalement situé au sud des Deux Sèvres à 40minutes de Niort, moins d'1h du Marais Poitevin, 1h du Futuroscope et 1h30 de La Rochelle.

La Marceline gîte Nature et Confort

Notre gîte La Marceline aménagé en 2020 se situe dans une maison indépendante orientée plein sud, ouverte sur un bel espace arboré, au coeur d'un petit village. La surface habitable de 60 m2 pour 2 personnes se compose notamment d'un espace cuisine-séjour très lumineux, d'une chambre avec salle de bain attenante. En face de la maison, un préau est à disposition ainsi qu'un parking. Pour vos courts ou plus longs séjours, de vacances ou professionnels, vous trouverez ici calme et confort!

Domaine Lucienne – avec terrein de pickleball

Belle maison de vacances offrant une expérience inoubliable. Niché au cœur d'un parc arboré, ce domaine privé marie authenticité, originalité, confort et loisirs pour accueillir jusqu'à 18 personnes (en été) dans un cadre idyllique et paisible. Le Gîte Couleur Détente, une petite maison privative en pierre de pays où règne douceur et art de vivre. Entièrement rénovée par nos soins il y a quelques années et remise au goût du jour depuis peu pour vous accueillir, cette maison de 80 m2 prévue pour 5 personnes n’attend plus que vous, pour vos vacances, week-end entre amis ou vos déplacements professionnels. Remarque : les réservations au mois ne concernent pas les mois de juin, juillet, août.

Our beautifully renovated two bedroomed gite with a private 8m x 4m pool is situated in the heart of the French countryside in beautiful south west France. It is located in a small hamlet but is within easy reach of the lovely market towns of Melle, Sauze entre Bois, Chef Boutonne, Ruffec and Civray with all the amenities: Supermarkets, boulangeries, pharmacies, bars and restaurants and weekly markets.
