Our beautiful Villa is located in a hidden heaven mounted rock, which is covered by the sea as far as the human eye can see. The rough, authentic beauty of nature is beautifully linked to the superior design and luxury of the building. Our villa will be a pleasant surprise with its minimal design, in absolute respect to the simple lines of nature, with a view to the sun emerging from the mountains of Evia. A small staircase leads to a private rock beach with calming crystal clear waters.

Our stone house is at Melissaki, 3.5km of dirt road (13min) from the port of Kea. It is the lower house of a complex of two separate houses with astonishing view of the sea and a marvelous sunset! You can find calmness and quietness in a typical picturesque landscape full of unique sent of wild bushes and especially thyme. Vourkari, full of excellent restaurants, taverns and bars, is 15min away, Ioulida, (capital of the island) is 30min away and the beautiful beach of Xyla is 3km away.

Rural Kea Farm House

A tastefully renovated original stone house from the 1860's in a soft mediterranean landscape with an Aegean background! For taking long walks, enjoying lonely beaches, savouring the rural atmosphere and view. A comfortable family house, traditionally built and yet modern, standing in a landscape forgotten by time, where farmers ride donkeys, in a field of acorn trees. Our stone house is accessed from an ancient footpath. A step back in time, to Greece of the 1960's...

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

Xyla Beach Studio 4

Xyla Beach Studio 4 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. The design of house follows the local architectural elements, while their construction combines minimalism with luxury. Το σπίτι είναι σε δύο επίπεδα το πρωτο περιλαμβανει σαλονι κουζινα και ενα wc.Το δεύτερο 2 υπνοδωμάτια με ενα μπάνιο.Το σπίτι εχει μεγάλη βεράντα με καταπληκτική θέα στο γραφικο λιμάνι του βουρκαριου. The house is on two levels the first one includes a kitchen and 1 wc.The second 2 bedrooms with one bathroom.The house has a large terrace with amazing view to vourkari.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο λόφο του λιμανιού τής Κέας και η πρόσβαση του είναι μόνο με σκαλάκια (περίπου 60). Πρόκειται για ένα παραδοσιακό σπίτι 55τμ, χτισμένο στις αρχές του 1900 , ανακαινισμένο με φροντίδα, ώστε να κρατάει τον παραδοσιακό χαρακτήρα του. Παράλληλα προσφέρει όλες τις ανέσεις ενός μοντέρνου σπιτιού. Η θέα και η ησυχία είναι το μεγαλύτερο προτέρημα του.
