Μόλις λίγα λεπτά απ' τον Αρτεμώνα, η κατοικία μας συνδυάζει την ηρεμία με την άνεση και φιλοξενεί ικανοποιητικά 6 άτομα. Η κατάλληλη διαμόρφωση και ο πλήρης εξοπλισμός, η μαγευτική θέα στην θάλασσα και η εύκολη πρόσβαση απ' τον οικισμό και το λιμάνι, υπόσχονται μοναδικές στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ξεκούρασης.

Sea & Sand

Το κατάλυμα Sea & Sand βρίσκεται στην Χερρόνησο, έναν γραφικό παραλιακό οικισμό στο βορειότερο σημείο του νησιού. Αποτελείται από δύο δίκλινα δωμάτια, με μία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ένα μπάνιο και ένα WC. Διαθέτει αυλή κυριολεκτικά μπροστά στη θάλασσα, που το καθιστά ιδανική επιλογή για την φιλοξενία οικογένειας με παιδιά. Στη γειτονιά υπάρχει ένα εστιατόριο μια ψαροταβέρνα, καθώς και παντοπωλείο για την προμήθεια όλων των απαραίτητων ειδών που θα χρειαστούν κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής.

Nestled in the alleys of Chora--the historic and beautiful capital of Serifos island--it’s just a 10-minute walk from the central square, offering easy access to local cafés, restaurants, and shops. Uniquely positioned, the house is both central and secluded, providing a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate quiet, simplicity, and breathtaking views, while still being close to all the action.

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

Serifos Traditional House 2

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Προσφέρει την ιδανική ισορροπία. Απέχει μόλις 11χλμ. από τη Χώρα και 15χλμ. από το Λιβάδι, ενώ βρίσκεται δίπλα σε γραφικές ακρογιαλιές και μοναδικά μονοπάτια. Ιδανικό για όσους αναζητούν στιγμές χαλάρωσης με φόντο το γαλάζιο.

The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .
