Our handcrafted wood cabin has an ideal central location less than a half hour from the Great Smokey Mountains National Park for hikers and Cades Cove visitors. Likewise we are 25 minutes to the University of Tennessee for football games or college visits. Maryville College is just 3 miles away and McGhee Tyson Airport only 6 miles. This homey cabin with a great room/high ceiling roominess is tucked down near a creek with relaxed privacy and a front porch ideal for chilling out in a rocker.

It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

Our cottage is light and airy. Nice kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher. It is on a quiet dead end street. Only 10 miles from the airport. Our cottage is located 1.2 mi from Ish Creek boat ramp. We are just up the road if you need anything. You are welcome to call or text. Our cottage is very close to 3 different public water areas. The first is just over a mile. Very relaxing area. Access to bedroom #3 may be restricted per # of guests.

Fox Holler - 5 min to GSMNP entrance

Welcome to Fox Holler in the heart of Townsend, the "Peaceful Side" of the Smokies! Located just .5 miles beyond the Townsend Visitor's Center (host to many events and festivals), 5 miles to the GSMNP entrance, and minutes to the river. Only 15 miles to Cades Cove, 18 to Pigeon Forge, or 25 to Gatlinburg. Bring your bicycle to take in all the bike paths and the new Vee Hollow Mountain Bike Trail.
