Una aventura que me llevó a recuperar la antigua Granja de mis abuelos y transformarla en un pequeño complejo agro-turístico en Salem, Valencia. Contamos con una Casa principal que tiene 7 habitaciones cada una con su baño, ideal para grupos de amigos, familias o reuniones de empresa . Puedes ir andando por todo el centro de Alicante, y disfrutar de su magnifica oferta.También contamos con paradas de autobús y Tram a 5 min a pie.

Rum nr 5, 22 kvm 2 trappor upp (utan hiss ) med två enkelsängar 80x190cm som antingen kan placeras som dubbelsäng eller var och en för sig, Vindsrum med eget badrum och AC, sovrummet är 13 kvm och badrum och hall 9 kvm. Dörren till rummet är den gamla original dörren som vi har behållit men inuti är takhöjden mycket generös. Huset är centralt beläget i Cocentaina nära, Palacio Comtal och stora torget, Plaza Vener Escuder med Mercat Municipal. Där även de lokala marknaden är varje torsdag.

Se trata de una Casa Rural**** muy acogedora, con diversas dependencias a compartir.e ubica en el casco urbano a las afueras, donde se divisa la naturaleza, montaña,árboles, el mismo Pueblo, etc.Nosotros vivimos en la Casa y estamos a disposición de los huéspedes. Se trata de un Pueblo pequeño, de unos 3.000 habitantes. Disponemos de Barbacoa. También de cocina, totalmente equipada y de la que se debe abonar una pequeña cantidad por su uso y por persona y dia.

Located on the first floor, this room is ideal for couples. The double doors open out onto the balcony and views of the street. The room features a large wardrobe, bedside tables hand-made from the farm's almond trees, and in the bathroom the washbasin surface is made from a Cypress wood blown down during storm Gloria in 2018. This room is wheelchair accesible and is equipped with wide doors and floor-level shower, there is a lift to access the first floor.

También estamos a la orilla del río Serpis desde donde puedes hacer rutas andando o en bici por las ontañas con paisajes sorprendentes. Ofrecemos habitaciones sencillas pero muy limpias y buena atención personalizada.
