Si trova a pochissimi metri dal porticciolo turistico di Maratea, il borgo in cui si trova la residenza è immerso in un reticolo di scale, archetti e passaggi angusti. Da un lato è immersa nel verde, dall'altro ha una magnifica vista sul Cristo. La casa è molto luminosa e ogni appartamento ha almeno un affaccio sul mare.
