No cleaning fee as you pay enough of those already ..15 mins walk or 3 min drive to Warkworth village, its beautiful river, restaurants and cafes. Tea and coffee-making facilities, bar fridge, microwave and toaster but no full kitchen. I have a quiet dog who gets on well with people, and other dogs. 1 dog ok for a $30 pet fee but no cats sorry.
