Ένα πέτρινο εξοχικό, πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και εξοπλισμένο. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά στο χωριό Μαγαζιά, στο κέντρο του νησιού και είναι ιδανικό για όσους θέλουν να χαλαρώσουν και να επισκεφτούν όλα τα χωριά των Παξών. Περιβάλλεται από ένα όμορφο φυσικό περιβάλλον, γεμάτο ελαιόδεντρα και λουλούδια, προσφέροντας απομόνωση, ηρεμία και ιδιωτικότητα.
