Το σπίτι είναι πέτρινο, έχει αυλή με κληματαριά και κατασκευάστηκε το 2020. Βρίσκεται σε μια παραδοσιακή γειτονιά του οικισμού των Μακρυωτίκων. Το χωριό είναι ηλιόλουστο με πολύ καλό μικροκλίμα, αμφιθεατρικά χτισμένο με θέα στον κόλπο της Αγίας Ευφημίας όπου θα βρείτε τις βασικές εξυπηρετήσεις, 7 λεπτά μακριά. H διάσημη παραλία του Μύρτου απέχει μόλις 12 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο από το χωριό. Στην γραφική κεντρική πλατεία θα βρείτε δύο ταβέρνες με πολύ καλό τοπικό φαγητό καθώς και Mini Market.

Στον οικισμό υπάρχει καφενείο και παραδοσιακή ταβέρνα σε κοντινή απόσταση. το κατάλυμα συστεγάζεται σε τριώροφο κτήριο και αποτελεί τον πρώτο και δεύτερο όροφο του συγκροτήματος.

Αν ψάχνετε ήσυχες και ξεκούραστες διακοπές ,αυτό είναι το κατάλληλο μέρος για εσάς! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο χωριό Μακρυώτικα, κοντά στα πιο όμορφα και διάσημα σημεία του νησιού. Απέχει μόλις 12 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την παραλία του Μύρτου, 8 λεπτά από τον κόλπο της Αγίας Ευφημίας, 24 λεπτά από το χωριό Άσσος και 18 λεπτά από το σπήλαιο της Μελισσάνης.

Mirtula House is situated in the center of the village Makriotika in Kefalonia. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with full equipped kitchen. There is also private parking. Agia Efimia is only 5 minutes. Myrtos beach is just 5 km from Mirtula House. You can find a traditional taverna 50 metres away.
