A beautifully renovated 50's beach house in a quiet setting within walking distance to the Swing Bridge and local shopping strip. A well appointed house with stunning views to Lorne pier and surrounding township. A second new living room has recently been added to provide additional relaxation areas. Bed linen and towels provided. The house is not suitable for children 2 to 12 years old subject to a specific discussion. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy for the convenience of other guests.

I have always loved being beside the beach and you will to. My place is great for families , even 2 families. It has fantastic views of the beach and you can see the waves crashing on to the sand from the lounge/dining area.There is a smart TV which has Netflix and movies and fast WiFi. There is a king bed upstairs with an ensuite, 2 queen beds and 2 single beds downstairs and another lounge area with a second TV. Air-con and heating upstairs and down

Two night minimum stay with the exception where 1 night is available between 2 bookings. Also minimum nights apply to specific events and public holidays. Melita is a rustic ground floor apartment surrounded by nature with a beautiful ocean view, set on a beautiful property called Springwood in Lorne. There are other accommodations on the property too that are close by. This is a very peaceful place and not the place for parties and loud noise.
