Earlsfield Overground train station 8 minutes walk, with trains to London Waterloo in 11 minutes. Wimbledon Park Underground on the District Line 10 minutes walk.

We have many buses stationed near the studio travelling to Morden, Wimbledon, Tooting and other various locations across South west London. Great restaurants, shops and amenities are available on Sutton High street with only a 5 minute walk. The studio is also located 35 minutes from Victoria station and London Bridge, Central London. No more than 2 guest permitted at anytime on the property. No smoking/vaping on the property.

Private garden summerhouse with full bathroom and kitchen at the back of our garden. The summerhouse is newly built, has full bifolding glass doors and it includes a Smart TV with Utra Fast WIFI. Our house is 5-minute walk from the heart of Wimbledon City Centre and Wimbledon train, tube, and tram station. There is a wide variety of restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area. The property is tucked away in a quite road and has a modern garden with a beautiful mature cherry tree.

Independent annex with parking (on request)

In our back garden an independent guest annex. The room has its own entrance at the back, privacy glass at the front & a comfy bed. The space is heated and comfortable. It has Internet a TV , small fridge, & microwave. We have a delicious cafe 3 minutes walk away opposite Sainsbury's plus Earlsfield station is a 5 minute walk. Perfectly located for Wimbledon and 25 minutes away from Central London by train. Lots of bars & restaurants walking distance.Parking permits can be organised.
