Το σπίτι μας βρισκεται στο κέντρο του Λεωνιδίου, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, μόλις 2 λεπτα με τα πόδια από όλα τα καταστήματα και τις καφετέριες. Από τη βεράντα θα απολαύσετε τον ήλιο και τη θέα του Λεωνιδίου πανοραμικά. Η κρεβατοκάμαρα έχει ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι με ανατομικό στρώμα και μπορούν να κοιμηθούν 2 άτομα. Ένα επιπλέον άτομο μπορεί να κοιμηθεί στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο στον καναπέ που μετατρέπεται σε κρεβάτι. Κατόπιν αιτήματος, μπορούμε να παρέχουμε ένα επιπλέον μονό κρεβάτι. Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο Manor of L.A ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο πέτρινο/ξύλινο σπίτι (9/ 2023) χτίστηκε το 1826 (105 τ.μ). Ένας ονειρεμένος προορισμός για τις διακοπές σας που φιλοξενεί 4-5 άτομα. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά δίπλα στον ποταμό Δαφνώνα, με εκπληκτική θέα στους κόκκινους βράχους 5' με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία του Λεωνιδίου την αγορά, τα εστιατόρια και τα καφε. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ κοντά στα διάσημα σημεία αναρρίχησης ενώ 5' με το αυτοκίνητο σε όλες τις κοντινές παραλίες.

Καλώς ήρθατε στο μικρό μας φωτεινό διαμέρισμα στην καρδιά του Λεωνιδίου. Από το μπαλκόνι απολαμβάνετε τη θέα στον επιβλητικό Κοκκινόβραχο, τη γραφική γειτονιά της Σίου και τον κήπο μας. Το σπίτι μας μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει δύο ενήλικες. Είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια που αγαπούν τη φύση και την ηρεμία, αλλά δε θέλουν να στερούνται τις ανέσεις της πόλης. Θα βρειτε καταστήματα, καφέ, εστιατόρια και τράπεζα σε απόσταση μόλις λίγων μέτρων από το σπίτι.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.
