The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

¡Hola, bienvenidos a mi loft! Es moderno y luminoso, y está en el barrio de Ventas, ubicado en el borde de la almendra central. A 2min del Metro (directo a Sol) y de varias líneas de bus, así como un carril bici urbano, que atraviesan la ciudad, con alquiler de bicicletas eléctricas. Fue un antiguo taller de ebanistería de los años 50, que he transformado en un estudio muy práctico, decorado con útiles e imágenes que rescaté de su anterior uso ¡Es único! Consta de 2 dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y otro con 2 camas de 90 . La ubicación es perfecta para visitar la ciudad. Situado cerca del metro y con paradas de autobús a la Puerta del Sol, Palacio Real, Gran Vía, Retiro, MovistarArena, IFEMA, etc. En coche estás a 12 minutos del aeropuerto. Tienes todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable. Hay cuna y bañera de bebé, pagando 12 euros por noche. El cuarto de baño tiene ducha amplia y la cocina está totalmente equipada.

In this penthouse house you can enjoy a large terrace next to the dining room and a much larger one upstairs. It is located in a quiet area of Madrid very well connected and with all services. The metro is 5 minutes away (line 4: Alfonso XIII) and there are also buses and direct access to the M30. If you need parking I can give you options because it´s a regulated parking area.
