This memorable place is anything but ordinary - a quiet, peaceful setting with a bird sanctuary right behind the unit observed from the kitchen window. Relax on the deck in the evenings watching the beautiful sunset, star filled skies at night, the donkeys and chickens corralled in the distance, and the goldfish swim in the Lilypad pond just off to the side. This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Free Wifi, free parking, very close car ride to downtown Austin but in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Please see map!

Your 2 room suite accommodates up to 3 guests and has a lg. bedroom with a queen bed and desk & a 2nd room with a twin bed, couch w/2 recliners to watch tv. You'll have a full bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub, shower & toilet ("Jack & Jill" style). Huge 2nd floor deck is shared but has 4 sitting areas. You will have a private entrance, keypad entry & plenty of free parking. Children not permitted. Owners live below. READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS/IS NOT PERMITTED.
