The cozy cottage can accommodate 4 adults & 4 children with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants. A guest binder is provided with information about the area and surrounding communities.

Our cozy 1,000 sq. ft. guest house is located on an acre of land on Lake Dunlap in New Braunfels. We are 4 miles from downtown New Braunfels, and 5 miles from Gruene. Our main residence is on the same property, but you will enjoy your own space; the only thing we share is the main driveway into the property. This is a waterfront property-Guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the Liability Waiver in the house rules.
