Βρίσκεται πάνω σε ύψωμα, μακρυά από όλα τα σπίτι του οικισμού, προάγοντας την ηρεμία και απομόνωση. Η πετρόκτιση κατοικία αποτελεί ανακαίνιση παλαιάς, παραδοσιακής μάνδρας, η οποία είχε κτιστεί το 1910. Η αναικαίνιση έλαβε χώρα το 2016. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει και δεύτερο καθιστικό, το οποίο βρίσκεται στον πάνω όροφο. Το αεροδρόμιο και το Κέρος είναι στα 5χλμ. και η Μύρινα στα 30χλμ.
