This traditional Greek stone house is nestled in a garden of olive trees and flowers. It lies three walking minutes from the solitary beach of the Aegean sea, with crystal clear blue water. Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a private pool which is nestled into a flower garden. Το ‘Πέτρινο Σπίτι' στα Πελετά χτίστηκε το 1903 σε μια κεντρική αλλά αρκετά ήσυχη γειτονιά του χωριού. Το 2003 ανακαινίστηκε και έκτοτε λειτουργεί ως ένα καταφύγιο μακριά από την πόλη για την οικογένειά μας, τους φίλους και τους επισκέπτες μας. Συνδυάζοντας τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις με την ηρεμία και τη μοναδική φύση του Πάρνωνα, το ‘Πέτρινο Σπίτι’ αποτελεί ένα ιδανικό προορισμό για απομακρυσμένη εργασία, εξορμήσεις στη φύση και δραστηριότητες βουνού ―χειμώνα και καλοκαίρι.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.
