The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Sie hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten (1x190/200; 1x140/200), Wohn-Essbereich, Küche (voll ausgestattet), Dusche, WC, Balkon, Sat-TV, Musikanlage, WLAN, Kinderbett u. Hochstuhl. Parkplätze in der Nähe. BITTE BEACHTEN: Sofern zwei Gäste beide Schlafzimmer beanspruchen, erheben wir einen zusätzlichen Aufschlag von 12 € pro Nacht.

Our small but beautiful vacation apartment is the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities here in the region. Centrally located, everything in Spaichingen can be reached on foot or by bike. Cycling tours, hikes or climbing tours in the Danube valley are also possible. Thanks to Spaichingen's location, many excursions in the surrounding area can be reached within an hour - whether to the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest or Lake Constance.

Schöne, gemutliche Ferienwohnung, nur 45 Minuten vom Bodensee und den vielen Schluchten im Schwarzwald entfernt. Der Titisee ist nur 40 Minuten entfernt, die Rheinfälle in Schaffhausen in der Schweiz erreicht man in 1 h. Gehen Sie in Konstanz am Bodensee shoppen oder unternehmen Sie Fahrradtouren entlang der Donau. Bei schönem Wetter genießen Sie die Strandkorb-Lounge im eigenen Gartenanteil. Auf Anfrage kann unser Grill mitbenutzt werden.

Der Schwarzwald und die schwäbische Alb liegen direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Ein PKW-Stellplatz direkt am Haus steht ebenso zur Verfügung.

Welcome to the Swabian Alb, in the beautiful town Albstadt. Long-term guests are welcome.

A wonderful bedroom with large double bed, high-quality and fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher. A bath with shower bathtub and a separate toilet make the domicile round and offer up to four persons a piece of home during holiday and business trip.
