Beach house is a Georgian family house dating back to 1784. Situated in the historic fishing village of Kingsand, this is a truly unique Cornish experience. It has recently been fully renovated to include 4 new bathrooms, a kitchen and utility room. The house sleeps 8 people in 4 double bedrooms with flexibility for a twin room on the top floor. The Bay is located in a small complex of luxury properties right on the beach front of Cawsand. The maisonette is light and airy and is fitted with the latest fixtures and fittings. The modern kitchen flows into the dining and living area where a Juliet balcony allows the sea air to fill the room. Dips in the sea are just moments away and the utility room is the perfect place to wash and store wetsuits and costumes. The views can be enjoyed through out the property, inc the master bedroom.

Romantic getaway! Stunning balconies overlooking the sea. Perfect for paddleboarding and swimming. A two-bedroom maisonette/duplex, located right next to a beach and in the village centre. It's comprised of the top two floors however the self contained apartment below 'Little Valletort' (4 person) can also be booked (lockable connecting door) perfect for inter-generational family stays. 5x pubs, a bakery and Spar all close by with a deli/coffee shop and ice-cream shop nearly next door!

Boutique 4 bed beach house with amazing sea views!

A former 17th century pilchard palace, tastefully transformed into a boutique beach house, offering luxurious home comforts, with spectacular sea views. This unique property stands on the beach and is literally in the sea at high tide! Although sleeping 10, we recommend no more than 8 adults plus 2 children. The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.

Trebyan - Luxury Seaside Cottage!

Trebyan is a beautiful cottage built around 1750. It sits in the centre of Kingsand, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with beaches, coastal paths and pubs all right on its doorstep. The outside space, at the front of the property, is south facing, so enjoys the sun all day long. The house undertook a full renovation, which finished in the spring of 2025, offering many mod cons whilst keeping its original traditional charm.

Dog friendly studio in beautiful Cawsand.

The studio apartment is a 1 room space with private access and its own bathroom. A small outside area is also provided. It is just 200 meters walk to the beach. This space is ideal for couples looking for a quite getaway. Cawsand and the local area has lots to explore. Dogs are welcome too. Please note- There is a slope and 9 steps up to the studio from the road.
