Sun & Sea Apartment

The apartment have two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and a TV set. Both bedrooms have air conditioning units. There is a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. If the guest wishes, there is the possibility of cleaning once a week with an extra charge of 30 euros. Price: depending on length of stay Local amenities: within walking distance there are two tavernas and two mini-markets. Further along the beach there are more tavernas and a couple of pottery shops. The local bus stop and car park is a short 300m walk away. Vathy itself is a car/motorcycle free zone. The main attraction is a little church built on the beach. There is a walking trail (one of several on the island), which connects Vathy village to Apollonia, the capital of the island, ( a 7 km drive away). Kamares, the main port, is a 15 km drive away. There is a bus service connecting the port in Kamares and Vathy , as well as taxis. Vathy is a peaceful, motor vehicle free seaside location, ideal for a seaside carefree holiday. The ideal period to visit Vathy is from the beginning of May until The end of October. In high season (mid July to the end of August) it is still beautiful, but quite busy.

Anemosyrma is a traditional beach house in the magnificent island of Milos. Located in the small picturesque village of Agios Konstantinos, Anemosyrma (“anemos” greek word for wind & “syrma” for Melian boat house) is actually the upper floor of a traditional “syrma”, where people used to drag and store their boats to be protected from the sea. The apartment of 50m2 in an open space plan, has a balcony overlooking the sea and it preserves a modern country style featuring unique Cycladic elements.

An open space beach house, of 60 s.m. for 6 pax with 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds and 2nd room with 2 single beds very stylish and comfortable. Capetan Nikolas Boat House

In the quietest area of this fishing village there is a two storey boat house . On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.

Blue Sea House

It consists of two levels. The lower floor has two sofas that can accommodate two persons, a fully organized kitchen, a dining table, and a small w.c. The internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two rooms that contain a double bed, two single beds, a toilet, a shower and a balcony with a wonderful view. There is a nice restaurant 250 meters from the house and some really interesting walk paths that lead you to a variety of destinations.
