Our modern, comfortable, apartment offers you rest and privacy in a truly magic spot just perfect for a relaxing stay -great place to base yourself to visit local attractions. It's central to many NZ attractions...Lake Karapiro (rowing), Hobbiton (Lord Of The Rings), Avantidrome (cycling), Waitomo Caves,The Arts and much more. You have your own access and a key during your stay. There is good parking. The apartment is self contained and separate from the remainder of the house where we live.

We live on site with our Daughter and dog Russell and love hosting guests from around the world. 5 minutes from the heart of Te Awamutu and 30 minutes from Hamilton, we are central to all things Waikato. Waitomo Glow Worm Caves, Black Water Rafting and the Ruakuri Bush Walk is a short 20 minute drive away.
