Our cottage home has a modern farmhouse feel with designer selected finishes. There is a bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom attached, and 2 bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. You will have use of a washer and dryer, WiFi, a full kitchen, and can park your vehicle under a covered carport. There is a fenced backyard with outdoor seating and grill. The house is located within walking distance from Harding University. No tobacco, marijuana, or other drugs allowed anywhere on the property.

The Retreat on the River @ Ramsey Landing w/ dock

The ROTR is a 4,700 square foot tri-level cabin on 2.72 acres located directly on the Little Red River in Pangburn, Arkansas. The cabin has a rustic design and is the perfect space for your family reunion or event. There is a multipurpose barn available on site for an additional charge for larger events. You can comfortably sleep 17, while enjoying the dock on the river, or just sitting on the deck watching the river flow. This is the most unique property on the Little Red!

Located less then 2 miles from Harding University nestled in historic downtown Searcy, this stylish home features 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths, a large living area, all wood floors, washer/dryer, well-equipped kitchen, covered parking & extra parking pads. It is centrally located, just one block from Spring Park, the downtown area, Wild Sweet Williams bakery, Knight's Barbeque, Starbucks and more. The kitchen, laundry room and bathroom are recently updated and fully stocked, and each bedroom has a king-size bed. The spacious dining room is perfect for family and friend gatherings. Large fenced in backyard is a plus.

Enjoy our cottage on the corner! There are 2 queen bedrooms and a room with 2 twins. Living room with large TV. Use wifi to stream all of your favorite shows. Dining room seats 6 and 3 at the bar. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoy local favorites Backyard and covered patio- perfect for entertaining. Parts of the house contain Harding history. Walls and shelving are made from the original bleachers from the Ganus Athletic Center.
