Είναι χτισμένη με την παραδοσιακή Τζιώτικη αρχιτεκτονική, με πετρόκτιστες βεράντες γύρω-γύρω από ντόπια πέτρα και ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. Βρίσκεται σε μια έκταση 4 στρεμμάτων με βελανιδιές , προσφέρει ευρύχωρη και άνετη διαμονή για 6 άτομα. Η βίλα μας θα είναι συνεχώς και πλήρως απολυμασμένη σχετικά με τον covid-19.

Vourkari Studio with full kitchen

Cosy Studio 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchen in Vourkari. The studio is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The studio has a king size bed, AC,TV,WIFI and a large veranda . The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, close to all restaurants and bars .Gialiskari beach is 5 minutes away. Unfortunately we can't keep luggage and Staying after checkout is charged and depends on availability

Our stone house is at Melissaki, 3.5km of dirt road (13min) from the port of Kea. It is the lower house of a complex of two separate houses with astonishing view of the sea and a marvelous sunset! You can find calmness and quietness in a typical picturesque landscape full of unique sent of wild bushes and especially thyme. Vourkari, full of excellent restaurants, taverns and bars, is 15min away, Ioulida, (capital of the island) is 30min away and the beautiful beach of Xyla is 3km away.

Xyla Beach Studio 3 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. The design of house follows the local architectural elements, while their construction combines minimalism with luxury. From the terrace you can access the shared pool of the complex as well as enjoy the marvelous sea view and the sunset. The house is located 15 minutes by car from the port through 4,5km of dirt road.

Specifically, the visitor will see a Cycladic beautiful and functional house of 17 square meters. .Access to the house up to halfway can be done by car and after on foot along a uphill path in about 10 minutes, (closed shoes, or sneakers would help).
