This characteristic Cycladic newly build stone house, tastefully decorated provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique stone cottage is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private veranda. Its western orientation and panoramic sea views provide guests with unique and spectacular views of sunsets into the sea. The entilre construction (using stone, wood, glass) completely respects the local architecture and the natural landscape.

Cosy Studio 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchen in Vourkari. The studio is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The studio has a king size bed, AC,TV,WIFI and a very small balcony. The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, close to all restaurants and bars. Gialiskari beach is 5 minutes away. Unfortunately we can't keep luggage after checkout and stay is charged and depends on availability

Η Ιουλίδα ή Χώρα βρίσκεται 5 χλμ. από το λιμάνι του νησιού, την Κορησσία. Είναι χτισμένη αμφιθεατρικά στις πλευρές δύο λόφων με θέα το Αιγαίο Πέλαγος. Είναι προστατευόμενος οικισμός, καθώς είναι χτισμένος πάνω στα ερείπια της ομώνυμης αρχαίας πόλης. Παρακαλείστε να σημειώσετε ότι το ακίνητο βρίσκεται σε έναν παραδοσιακό μικρό δρόμο της Χώρας και δεν είναι προσβάσιμο με αυτοκίνητο παρά μόνο με τα πόδια. Επίσης θα πρέπει να ανεβείτε 25-30 σκαλοπάτια για να φτάσετε στην είσοδο.
