Our house is a comfortable central apartment located on the 5th floor of a building.it has a large area at the entrance,a comfortable living room overlooking the blue Ionion and with unforgettable sunsets.there is a kitchen with all amenities (fridge,cooker,coffe maker) and all necessary.Also has a separate large bath,clean and airy.Finally,there are two large bedrooms with large double beds.The apartment is only 5 minutes from the central square.There are many shops,restaurants and coffe shops.Next to the apartment building there is a mini market,greengrocer's,butcher,pharmacy and other.At 300m you can find a big super market,a bus station with destination Ancient Olympia and the port of katakolo.Finally there is and taxi ranks.

Το σπίτι μας είναι 110τμ, διώροφο και είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες και παρέες. Στα 100 μέτρα υπάρχει παραλία, στην οποία έχουν αποκλειστική πρόσβαση μόνο 5 σπίτια ακόμα. Οδικώς, στα 5 λεπτά βρίσκεται το λιμάνι του Κατακόλου με πολλές καφετέριες κι εστιατόρια ενώ στα 2 λεπτά ο Άγιος Ανδρέας με παραλίες κι εστιατόρια. Ο Πύργος απέχει 14χλμ, ενώ η Αρχαία Ολυμπία απέχει 25 λεπτά οδικώς. Ενδείκνυται και για το χειμώνα καθώς υπάρχει ενεργειακό τζάκι και θέρμανση σε όλα τα δωμάτια.

It is loved by children and by those that love to be close to the sea all day long.
