Swan House (To Σπίτι του Κύκνου) is a lovingly restored 200-year-old village home in Karavas. Each apartment offers modern comfort while maintaining its traditional charm. Lemonokipos Taverna and Karavas Bakery are walking distance from the house. This gorgeous stone build little house is located in a unique and peaceful setting, on the edge of one of the islands oldest settlements Mitata , right by a dramatically beautiful gorge. You will be surrounded by native nature with the scent of sage and thyme all around you. The setting around takes you back in time and allows you to truly recharge. A 5 minute walk from the house is the main village where you all find fantastic food at Michalis tavern and a market with all the necessities!

"Πυργάκι" πάνω απ'τη θάλασσα

Αυτός ο παραθαλάσσιος ξενώνας βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από την όμορφη παραλία της Φυρής (κόκκινης) Άμμου και είναι ένα στολίδι με ανοιχτή θέα στη θάλασσα και το νότιο άκρο της Πελοποννήσου. Αποτελεί έναν από τους δύο ανεξάρτητους ξενώνες ενός σπιτιού που βρίσκεται στον οικισμό της Αγίας Πελαγίας (πηγαίνοντας προς τα νότια) το οποίο όμως δεν γειτονεύει με άλλα σπίτια. Μπορεί έτσι κάποιος να αισθανθεί αποτραβηγμένος στην φύση βρισκόμενος συγχρόνως πολύ κοντά σε ένα ζωντανό χωριό.

Sfendoni House

H κατοικία Σφενδόνι χρονολογείται απο το 1670-80. Φυσικά, μόνον τα πέτρινα τόξα (σφενδόνια) σώζονταν, και ένα μικρό μέρος απο τούς πλαινούς τοίχους. Ανακατασκευάστηκε με τίς ίδιες πέτρες, και χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά, όπως τα χειροποίητα μεγάλα cotto πλακάκια, που να θυμίζουν όσο γίνεται την εποχή εκείνη. Η οροφή είναι επισκέψιμη εξωτερικά ώς δεύτερη αυλή, ενώ διαθέτει μία μεγάλη πέτρινη αυλή γεμάτη γλάστρες και αλτάνες με λουλούδια. Η θέα στο καταπράσινο φαράγγι είναι εκπληκτικη.
