Ο χώρος έξω απο το σπίτι είναι μονίμως σκιερός δίπλα στο μπάρμπεκιου και βλεπει στο κήπο μας. Η πισίνα που βρίσκεται στο οικόπεδο είναι στη διάθεση σας όλο το 24ωρο*. Το σπιτι απέχει 350 μέτρα απο τη παραλία και η γύρω φύση ειναι μαγευτική. Δυνατότητα προσθήκης ράντζου για να χωράνε 5 άτομα.

Βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά , 400 μέτρα από την παραλία (5 λεπτά με τα πόδια) όπου βρίσκονται εστιατόρια , καφέ , το γραφικό λιμανάκι της Νέας Μάκρης καθώς και ο παραλιακός πεζόδρομος. Σε 200 μέτρα από το σπίτι συναντάμε την κεντρική πλατεία της Νέας Μάκρης και το εμπορικό σημείο της πόλης.
