Ο χώρος βρίσκεται 16 χιλιόμετρα από τον Βόλο και αποτελεί καλή βάση για εξόρμηση στο Πήλιο.

Επίσης το χιονοδρομικό κέντρο στα Χάνια είναι σε απόσταση 14 χλμ. ενώ ο Βόλος στα 12 χλμ. Οι υπέροχες παραλίες του Πηλίου βρίσκονται σε απόσταση 31 χλμ.
